Hi, my name is Joana and I grew up in Switzerland.

My passion is running, be it on the track or trail running in the breathtaking nature around Tromsø.
In winter I enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, alpine skiing and snowboarding.

As a trained mental coach and childcare specialist, my goal is to get the best out of every situation and create wonderful moments together with people.
