Marta
Marta- a part of Tromsø Outdoor since this winter.
Originally from Poland, I try to bring a unique blend of creativity and adventure to the role as a winter outdoor guide in Tromsø, Norway. With a background in architecture, I spent years exploring the world through the lens of design, before discovering my true passion for guiding and the great outdoors. After completing a guiding course, I made the transition into tourism, seeking to share my love for nature with others.
My journey has taken me from the rugged peaks of the Tatra Mountains in Poland to the dramatic landscapes of Iceland, and now, to the snowy expanses of Norway. Specializing in snowshoeing, I thrive in the wilderness, offering guests memorable, safe, and immersive outdoor experiences.
I bring a deep appreciation for the physical and mental benefits of outdoor adventures. In my free time, I enjoy running, cooking and have a keen interest in psychology, constantly learning about the ways people connect with nature with themselves. What I like to do the most is long-distance trekking. Going ahead with everything I need in my backpack, is the purest form of freedom for me.
